Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actress that has won critical acclaim for her skills. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the oldest of three siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne psychologist. The Moore family is English, Scottish and of mixed heritage.
